Savita Valecha (Managing Partner)

Savita Valecha is a member of Bar Council of Delhi and member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has enrich 7 years of her on-job experience in consulting and compliance under corporate law, FEMA, STPI regulations and other allied law, drafting and vetting of legal documents at Fox Mandal & Co. & Hotel industry. Savita pursued her passion with consulting firm and is currently advising to its clients in incorporating various type of companies in India, legal advice on corporate law, FEMA, assist in STPI & SEZ compliance, banking, Drafting & vetting of legal documents and other legal, regulatory and transactional issues.

Ashutosh Ranjan (Partner)

Ashutosh is B.A. LLB from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Vishakhapatnam, Ashutosh practice encompasses Commercial and Banking Litigation, Arbitration, Litigation (Civil and Commercial) and Dispute Resolution. Ashutosh has handled and assisted in various International and Domestic Arbitrations and related court proceedings. He has also represented Public Sector Units in high value in domestic arbitration matters. He appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across different jurisdictions as well as tribunals. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

Shailendra Singh (Corporate Head)

Shailendra is a commerce graduate from Allahabad University and associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India having widespread experience of 7 years in secretarial, legal and regulatory affairs and extensive exposure in managing various regulatory approvals, overseeing statutory compliance required to be complied under Company Law, Foreign Exchange Law(s), Labour Law(s) and allied law(s). He assists clients in formulating legal procedure(s) / drafting various document(s) and ensuring compliances in accordance with RBI and SEBI regulatory guidelines. He has been providing consultancy services in relation to business formation, corporate secretarial compliance, corporate restructuring and representation, legal and regulatory compliance. Shailendra has been closely associated with Institute of Company Secretary and has taken sessions on Management and Skill Orientation Programmes conducted by ICSI. He published articles to his name.

Varun Valecha (Tax Consultant)

Varun has six years of post-qualification experience, including three years in Grant Thornton in audit and assurance. He is an associate member of ICAI since 2012. He completed his graduation from Delhi University in the year 2011. Post qualification, he has worked with Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP (Grant Thornton) for three years and has a rich and varied experience of serving huge conglomerates in various assurance engagements (i.e. Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit etc.) and has successfully handled assignments at leading companies in DTH, Television Broadcasting, Foods and Beverages and Hospitality. He also has experience in implementation and testing of design & operating effectiveness of internal financial controls. He has completed IFRS certification course from ICAI in 2017.

Snigdha Kumar (Transaction Advisory Consultant)

Snigdha has four years of professional experience including two years in consulting in KPMG and EY She is an associate member of ICAI since 2014. She completed her graduation from Delhi University in the year 2012. She has worked on various M&A and PE assignments involving extensive industrial research, identification of potential targets for clients. She has been an active team member in engagements for undertaking financial analysis and doing valuations using various valuations techniques, along with aiding and coordinating the deal process and executing deal documents.Also, made business model and DCF valuation for start-ups and assisted in advisory in shareholder agreement.

Prashant Kumar Dwivedi (Associate Partner)

Prashant Kumar Dwivedi, Litigation Lawyer, is a Law Graduate from R.P.S. law college, Bailey Road, Patna, Bihar. He has rich experience of 18 years plus in the matters of dispute resolution (Civil and Criminal), corporate litigation, Labour & Employment Laws etc. He has appeared in various cases for the client/clients before the competent courts of law in India.He is enrolled with the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna, Bihar and an Advocate on Record in the hon'ble Parna High Court..
